ANNOUNCING:

Magic City Blues is on hiatus.

Thank you for supporting the festival for 22 years. How time has flown by! We especially appreciate the fans, friends and family who came out last year (2023).

Every fall we think hard if we want to do it all over again. (It's been especially tough the last three years.) There are many reasons we have decided not to produce a festival in 2024. The top one is:

We have no venue.

The Yellowstone County Commissioners wrote me a letter and said that they didn't want Magic City Blues to be at MetraPark anymore. They said it was a conflict of interest since my husband, Tim, works there… despite approving the event in 2022 and 2023.

My family has enjoyed creating and producing events in Billings over the years -- (Magic City Blues - Montana's Urban Music Festival, Frostbite, Last Best Country Fest, Pumpkinfest, Montana Avenue Live, Avenue Cabaret, etc.) -- and are excited to announce our newest:

YEE-HAW HEE-HAW, Western Days

Thank you,

Pam Goodridge
